Any equipment will have corresponding losses during use. In order to keep high performance of the equipment, regular maintenance is required. The same is true of the laser pipe cutting machine in use. In addition to the maintenance of the equipment bed, the maintenance of the chuck is also extremely important. Daily maintenance and repair can make the equipment work better, and can also extend the service life of the equipment. Next, we will introduce some tips for the maintenance of the laser pipe cutter.
1. For the lubrication treatment of the chuck, the chuck shall be coated with lubricant regularly to ensure that the chuck can still have high accuracy when moving. Attention shall be paid during lubrication. Incorrect lubrication may cause the pneumatic chuck to fail to work normally at low air pressure, weaken the clamping force, poor clamping accuracy, abnormal wear or seizure. Therefore, proper lubrication shall be paid attention to during lubrication.
2. Molybdenum disulfide grease, usually in the form of black grease, is injected into the chuck nozzle until the grease overflows the jaw face or the chuck bore. If the chuck operates at high speed for a long time or uses oxygen for auxiliary processing, more lubrication is required, and the lubrication frequency must be adjusted according to the actual working conditions.
3. After processing is completed every other period of time, high-pressure air gun shall be used to dispose the dust and residue on the chuck itself and the slide way. It is recommended to clean the chuck jaws every 3-6 months to keep the surface clean and lubricated. Check whether all parts are cracked or worn, and replace them in case of severe wear. After inspection, the clamping jaws shall be lubricated correctly and can be used only after installation.
4. Special workpiece or non-standard workpiece shall be clamped with special chuck. The standard laser tube cutting chuck is suitable for symmetrical closed tubes. If it is reluctantly used to clamp irregular or strange workpieces, the chuck will be abnormal; If the chuck air supply pressure is too high, the chuck will be under high pressure or the chuck will still clamp the workpiece after shutdown, which will reduce the life of the chuck and cause problems such as excessive chuck clearance.
5. Rust prevention is another key point to prevent the exposed metal of chuck from rusting. Rust on chuck will reduce the clamping force, and the workpiece cannot be clamped, seriously affecting the production accuracy and efficiency.
In addition to the chuck part, special attention should be paid to other parts of the laser pipe cutting machine, which also need regular maintenance:
1. Maintenance of deduster equipment
If the deduster equipment is used for a long time, it will accumulate a lot of solid smoke and dust. If it is not removed on time, it will cause very loud noise, which is unfavorable for ash removal. Therefore, when this problem is found, the program should be immediately closed, and the solid smoke and dust inside the deduster equipment should be removed and then used again. It is proposed to remove it every time.
2. Maintenance of industrial chiller
The cooling circulating water in the industrial chiller shall be removed and replaced regularly, usually once a month. As the industrial chiller is used to reduce the temperature of the optical fiber laser generator and other machinery and equipment, it is necessary to ensure that the water body can have the actual effect of temperature reduction. Therefore, the water in the industrial chiller shall be removed and replaced regularly, and the unqualified water body is very easy to scale.
3. Maintenance of optical glass
There are several optical glasses, maintenance glasses, condenser glasses, etc. on the top of the head of the laser pipe cutting machine. During the segmentation operation, the eyeglasses are very easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, which may cause damage. Therefore, the eyeglasses should be regularly maintained, cleaned, and maintained.
4. Maintenance of sliding rail gear rack
During the laser cutting operation of the equipment, some solid smoke and dust will fall on the sliding rail gear rack. Long term laser cutting will cause the accumulation of solid smoke and dust, and damage the lifting sliding rail gear rack. The sliding rail gear rack is a very fine spare part. Long term damage will damage the sliding rail gear rack, thus interfering with all normal laser cutting. Therefore, the sliding rail gear rack should be removed on time immediately, Clean the dust on the gear rack and immediately apply salt free grease, and lubricate the sliding rail with grease.
In addition, in the daily cutting process, there are also some points that need attention when using the laser pipe cutting machine. Daily inspection and compliance with the use procedures and regulations can protect the machine well and maintain its good performance.
1. Before starting the machine, it must be idling for about one minute to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. In addition, make sure that the oil in the machine body is sufficient, and do not perform sawing work in the state of oil shortage, otherwise the accessories will be seriously damaged.
2. The daily line inspection, especially the voltage, must ensure that it is normal. If there is leakage, it will cause unexpected failures, which may affect the daily production efficiency or seriously affect the service life of the machine.
3. Before sawing, the pipe cutting machine equipment shall be carefully cleaned, especially the inside of the equipment.
4. Pay attention to the sound of equipment sawing. In case of abnormal sound, stop using the equipment immediately for maintenance.
5. Do not use the equipment beyond the range, such as the cutting diameter of the machine or the cutting of materials beyond the thickness range.
6. The pipe cutting machine usually uses a high-speed steel saw blade. Do not use the saw blade blindly, but match the saw blade according to the regulations.
7. After work, be sure to clean the pipe cutting machine and equipment, and clear away the scrap iron during cutting, especially the sawtooth position of the saw blade. There must be no scrap iron, which can effectively avoid the problem of sawblade tooth breakage.
8. Cleaning the surrounding environment of the equipment and maintaining a good operating space will help improve the efficiency of equipment sawing.
9. Properly planning the maintenance work can not only improve the sawing effect, but also extend the service life of the saw blade.
