Laser cutting is to use high power density laser beam to scan the material surface, heat the material to thousands to tens of thousands of degrees Celsius in a very short time, melt or vaporize the material, and then use high-pressure gas to blow the melted or vaporized material away from the cutting seam, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting materials,which is metal laser cutting machine.
Laser cutting technology is widely used in the processing of metal and non-metallic materials, which can greatly reduce processing time, reduce processing costs and improve the quality of the workpiece.
1、Processing Technology of Carbon Steel Laser Cutting Machine
Modern laser cutting system can cut the maximum thickness of carbon steel plate up to 20MM. The cutting seam of carbon steel can be controlled in a satisfactory width range by using oxidation melting cutting mechanism. For thin plates, the cutting seam can be narrowed to about 0.1MM.

5、Processing Technology Of Laser Cutting Machine For Copper And Alloy
Pure copper (red copper) cannot be cut with CO2 laser beam due to its high reflectivity. Brass (copper alloy) uses higher laser power and auxiliary gas is air or oxygen, which can cut thinner plates.
6、Processing Technology Of Laser Cutting Machine For Titanium And Alloy
Pure titanium can well couple the heat energy converted by the focused laser beam. When using oxygen as the auxiliary gas, the chemical reaction is intense and the cutting speed is fast.
However, it is easy to generate oxide layer at the cutting edge, which may lead to over burning. For the sake of safety, it is better to use air as the auxiliary gas to ensure the cutting quality.
Laser cutting of titanium alloy commonly used in aircraft manufacturing is of good quality. Although there will be a little sticky slag at the bottom of the cutting seam, it is easy to remove.
7、Processing Technology Of Nickel Alloy Laser Cutting Machine
Nickel base alloys are also called super alloys, with many varieties. Most of them can be oxidized and melted.
