While paying attention to production, we must also take into account the safety of production. A reasonable operating process is both a guarantee of safety and a guarantee of life, including the life of the machine. The laser cutting machine also has its operating requirements.
First, turn on the main switch of the stabilized voltage power supply, switch the output voltage to the stabilized voltage mode, and do not use mains power; Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool and then turn on the control power of the machine tool. After the system self inspection is completed, each axis of the machine tool returns to the reference point, and then start the chiller to check the water temperature and water pressure. After the chiller is powered on for three minutes, the fan turns to start cooling.
Then turn on the nitrogen cylinder and oxygen cylinder, check the pressure of the cylinder, start the air compressor and the cold dryer, wait until the chiller reaches the set temperature, then turn on the main power supply of the laser, turn on the low voltage, when the laser panel displays the word "HV READY", turn on the high voltage, when the laser panel displays the word "HV START", the laser red indicator lights up, and the alarm "LASER H-VOLTAGE NOT READY" previously displayed on the upper right corner of the numerical control system disappears, indicating that the high voltage is normal, The laser enters the standby operating state.
1. Confirm the material type, material thickness and material size before cutting. Be sure to check whether all cutting heads are correct. Contact cutting heads (with non-metallic detection ring) must be used to cut non-metallic materials.
2. Adjust the plate so that its edge is parallel to the X and Y axes of the machine tool, and avoid the cutting head working outside the range of the plate. Move the Z-axis to the starting point of cutting, simulate the program to be executed, ensure that there is no alarm beyond the soft limit, enter the editing mode, and adjust the power and speed punching time according to the material type and thickness.
3. To cut carbon steel plate, select nitrogen in manual mode, and adjust the barometer to the required pressure value for cutting. Then check the focus position and execute the coaxial inspection procedure to ensure that the laser beam passes through the center of the nozzle and the Z-axis moves to the plate surface. Adjust and determine the distance between the nozzle and the plate surface (adjust the potentiometer of the control box).
4. After the above items are normal, the machine can be switched to the execution state to cut the workpiece.
5. In case of slag hanging, returning or other abnormal conditions during cutting, stop immediately to find out the causes, and then continue cutting after solving the problems to avoid damaging the equipment.
6. After the work is completed, shut down the machine in the following order: 1) Turn off the high voltage of the laser; 2) Turn off the low voltage on the laser panel; 3) Disconnect the main power supply of the laser; 4) Turn off the chiller; 5) Disconnect the control power supply of the machine tool and the main power switch of the machine tool,; 6) Turn off the cold dryer; 7) Turn off the air compressor; 8) Close the oxygen and nitrogen valves.
