Although there are many types of motor products, their structures are roughly the same, generally including the following parts: stator assembly, rotor assembly, and other parts. The application of laser welding in motor field includes vcm motor, fan motor blade, motor core, motor stator, coil module, motor coil connector, enameled wire and motor control board.
Laser welding of motor stator
In the past, the motor stator was welded with oxyacetylene. This welding method not only has great potential safety hazards due to the flammable and explosive fuel, but also requires frequent purchase of liquefied gas cylinders. The flame size needs to be adjusted repeatedly, which will also pollute the environment and produce CO, CO2, NOX and other gases from combustion.
In contrast, the application of laser welding with the advantages of energy concentration, high density, high heating efficiency and fast speed to the welding of motor stator can effectively improve the productivity, at the same time, it can also improve the health and safety conditions of the production environment, and eliminate the harm of strong arc light, ozone and other harmful oxides during argon arc welding. In addition, the computer can also be used to control the output laser beam of two or four machines or single machine with multiple heads, which are placed around the outer circular wall of the stator, so that the number of welds required for the stator tightening can be completed after the welding machine runs once or twice, greatly reducing the deformation and saving the processing time.
Laser soldering of motor control board
The motor is the executive mechanism of the automation equipment, and also the most important part of the automation equipment. If it is described more abstractly and vividly, it is like a human hand for intuitive operation; To properly guide the "hand" work, we need all kinds of motor drive control boards. Control board is also a kind of circuit board. Although its application scope is not as broad as that of circuit board, it is more intelligent and automatic than that of ordinary circuit board.
According to the position and size of the soldering point of the motor circuit board and the influence of the presence or absence of obstructions, there are generally three laser soldering methods: tin wire, solder paste and solder ball. Laser tin welding technology utilizes the excellent directionality and high power density of the laser beam to gather the laser beam in a small area through the optical system. The laser beam is used to directly irradiate the welding part. The welding part (component lead and filler metal) absorbs light energy and converts it into heat energy. The temperature rises sharply to the welding temperature, resulting in the melting of the filler metal. After the laser heating stops, the welding part rapidly cools down and the filler metal solidifies, So as to form a reliable welded joint.
