Traceability

Equipped with self-developed full closed-loop control system, precisely records the production process by setting up a series of quality inspection points, calculates and stores them in the database to filter defective components, and to achieve 100% process data traceability of the product.

 

High safety

The core component - residual thickness sensor closed-loop control system can ensure that the whole weakening process is highly precise and fully controllable, and the residual thickness of point-like weakening can be uniformly controlled within 0.15±0.05mm accuracy, so that the safety factor when blasting is greatly enhanced.
