Power battery module busbar laser welding requirements:

Commonly used busbars for power battery modules are: nickel sheets, copper-aluminum composite busbars, copper busbars, total positive and total negative busbars, aluminum busbars, and copper flexible connections, aluminum flexible connections, and copper foil flexible connections are also used. The processing quality of busbars and flexible connections needs to be evaluated from the following aspects:
