At the same time, various cleaning technologies that are conducive to environmental protection and suitable for parts in the field of ultra precision machining have emerged, and laser cleaning technology is one of them.
In order to respond to the call of the country, adapt to the needs of the times, and promote the green and low-carbon development of urban rail transit equipment, CRRC has developed a green and efficient laser cleaning welding integrated equipment for aluminum alloy car bodies by comprehensively using multidisciplinary technologies such as laser processing, mechanical design and manufacturing, and automatic control, and has achieved industrial development.
Laser cleaning technology refers to the process of using a high-energy laser beam to irradiate the surface of a workpiece, causing instantaneous evaporation or peeling of dirt, rust, or coating on the surface, thereby achieving a clean cleaning object.
CRRC Puzhen Co., Ltd. took the lead in successfully applying automatic laser cleaning technology in the field of rail vehicle manufacturing, mainly applying it to the cleaning of aluminum alloy car body before and after welding. Through laser cleaning equipment, cleaning and welding can be carried out in a coordinated way, and machines are used instead of strong manual labor.
The innovative achievements of the green and efficient laser cleaning - welding integrated equipment project for aluminum alloy vehicle bodies are as follows:
A scientific characterization method for the quality of pre welding oxide film and post welding black gray laser cleaning of aluminum alloy vehicle bodies was proposed, and a laser cleaning threshold model was established to elucidate the effect of laser cleaning process on surface morphology. The optimized process window for aluminum alloy laser cleaning was obtained, providing theoretical support for the large-scale application of aluminum alloy excitation cleaning.
A focus position adaptive compensation based on optical displacement sensing and a visual online detection system for laser film removal quality have been developed. A laser spatiotemporal distribution collaborative control board has been developed, which can dynamically adjust the laser pulse energy, time, and spatial parameters during the processing, achieving stable control of the cleaning process.
We have developed a highly reliable and ultra compact integrated cleaning and welding processing head, with a dynamic following adaptive range of ± 12mm. The cleaning and welding process collaborative centralized control system has innovated the "cleaning and welding, cleaning and welding integration" technology, and organically integrated green and efficient cleaning and welding integration automation equipment, achieving long-distance and high stability surface treatment and welding processing of aluminum alloy vehicle bodies.
With the support of the National Key R&D Plan and CRRC Key R&D Plan, this project has authorized 5 invention patents, 2 utility model patents, and 1 software copyright. At present, it has been applied in multiple aluminum alloy A and B subway projects such as Suzhou Line 3, Suzhou Line 5, Shanghai Line 14, Shenzhen Line 6, Guiyang Line 2, Hangzhou Line 9, Nanjing Line 3, and Wuxi Line 3.
