1. Pay attention to dust prevention in the appearance of equipment host and welding joint.

2. Do not stack sundries on both sides of the water machine and keep a space of 1 meter to ensure ventilation and refrigeration.

3. Check the protective lens of the welding joint at the morning shift every day, and then turn on the machine for air supply.

4. In case of energy weakening during welding, stop the machine immediately and check the protective lens. The inspection method is the same as above. If there is black burning point, replace it in time.

5. Precautions when replacing protective lenses.

1) First turn off all air blowing and blowing equipment near the welding joint. Reduce air flow.

2) Wipe the periphery of the protective mirror drawer with a dust-free cloth dipped in alcohol or acetone.

3)After removing the protective mirror drawer, immediately seal the window of the protective mirror drawer with masking paper to prevent dust from entering the welding joint.

4)When replacing the protective lens, do not touch the surface of the lens, and hold the side of the lens.

5)After changing the lens, use a blowing balloon to blow away the floating dust on the surface.

6)Remove the masking paper and replace the protective mirror drawer in the correct direction.

7) Welding smoke should be reduced as much as possible. If there is too much smoke, dust extraction equipment should be equipped to remove the smoke.
