1. Laser self fusion welding
Laser welding uses the excellent directivity and high power density of the laser beam to focus the laser beam in a small area through the optical system, so as to form a heat source area with high energy concentration at the welded place in a very short time, so as to melt the welded object and form solid solder joints and welds. 2. Laser wire filling welding
Laser wire filling welding refers to the method of pre filling the weld with specific welding materials and then melting with laser irradiation or filling the welding materials at the same time of laser irradiation to form a welded joint. Compared with non wire filling welding, laser wire filling welding solves the problem of strict requirements for workpiece processing and assembly; It can weld thick and large parts with low power; By adjusting the composition of filler wire, the microstructure and properties of weld area can be controlled.
3. Laser flying welding
Remote laser welding is a kind of laser welding method that uses high-speed scanning galvanometer to process long working distance. It has high positioning accuracy, short time, fast welding speed and high efficiency; It will not interfere with the welding fixture, and the optical lens is less polluted; Welds of any shape can be customized to optimize structural strength, etc. Generally, the weld has no gas protection, and the splash is large. It is mainly used in thin high-strength steel plates, galvanized steel plates and other products such as body coverings.
4. Laser brazing
The laser beam emitted by the laser generator is focused on the surface of the welding wire for heating, so that the welding wire is heated and melted (the base metal is not melted), wetting the base metal, filling the joint gap, and combining with the base metal to form a weld to achieve a good connection
5. Laser swing welding
Through the swing of the internal reflector of the welding joint, the laser swing is controlled to stir the welding solution pool, so as to promote the overflow of gas from the solution pool and refine the grains. At the same time, it can also reduce the sensitivity of laser welding to incoming gap. It is especially suitable for welding aluminum alloy, copper and dissimilar materials.
6. Laser arc hybrid welding
Laser arc hybrid welding combines two laser and arc heat sources with different physical properties and energy transmission mechanisms, forming a new and efficient heat source.
