• Line scan vision automatically identifies forked boards, QR codes and other information at high speed, and sorts and packages finished boards with a UPH of up to 900Strips/Hr (without spacers).
• Data system docking, access to mapping files to check product X-board information and upload to achieve accurate control.
• Visual inspection: visual comparison and overall confirmation, full monitoring and tracing.
• After sorting, it can realize the automatic whole material, labeling and packaging of the products to improve the packaging quality and yield.
