Startup steps of fiber laser cutting machine:

 

1. Check whether there are objects in the machine tool operation range that affect the safe operation;

 

2. Turn on the main power switch and each branch control power switch of the fiber laser cutting machine;

 

3. Turn on the voltage regulator and check whether the voltage regulator operates normally;

 

4. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser, and then turn on the key switch to allow the fiber laser to run with its own air conditioner or internal desuperheater for more than 30 minutes;

 

5. Turn on the air compressor when the power switch of the fiber laser is turned on for 20 minutes, and check whether the air compressor operates normally;

 

6. Open the control valve of the air circuit, turn on the cold dryer, and check whether the cold dryer operates normally and whether the air pressure is normal;

 

7. According to the cutting needs, open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;

 

8. Turn on the power switch of the machine tool, press the power on button to start the machine tool control system, and after the control system starts normally, the machine tool returns to the original point;

 

9. Turn on the chiller after the power switch of the fiber laser is turned on for more than 30 minutes, and check whether the chiller operates normally;

 

10. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature difference of one degree, apply high voltage to the fiber laser and check whether the fiber laser operates normally;

 

11. Turn on the exhaust fan or dust remover, and check whether the operation of the exhaust fan or dust remover is normal. The fiber laser cutter enters the state to be cut.

 

Operation steps of fiber laser cutting machine:

 

1. Control the laser head direction key. First, we can see that the four direction keys on the panel are used to control the moving direction of the laser head. "Forward" button indicates that the laser head moves upward; The "Back" button indicates that the laser head moves downward; The "Left" key indicates that the laser head moves to the left, and the "Right" key indicates that it moves to the right. Of course, you can also choose to move the laser head 45 ° (backward direction key+right direction key);

 

2. There are many functions in the menu. This time, take the Z-axis as an example. The Z-axis is used to control the lifting of the platform. The right direction key represents the platform descending, and the left direction key represents the platform ascending. When the space occupied by materials is large, you can skillfully use the lifting platform function in this menu to place the materials in an appropriate position for convenient work;

 

3. Import the file into the machine, adjust the laser head according to the above steps, press the "Position" key, and then press the "Frame" to determine the working range of the machine. Finally, press the "Start/Pause" button, and the machine starts processing;

 

4. The next step is to review the Reset button. When the machine is abnormal, you can directly press the "Reset" key, and the machine will enter the reset state. At this time, you can choose whether to exit on the operation panel;

 

5. The burst key is mainly used for testing or auxiliary positioning. Many people find that there is a deviation in the light path, or want to test whether the laser head emits light, so they can use this dot matrix function to test;

 

6. Speed. Sometimes when the laser head moves very fast or very slowly, it should be the problem of this speed setting. Use the speed key on the control panel to set the default speed of the laser head panel. Adjust to the appropriate speed;

 

7. The last is minimum power and maximum power. During processing, the minimum processing power and maximum power of the machine are often set on the machine to ensure that the laser will be within this value range during operation, so as to ensure the processing effect.

 

Shutdown steps of fiber laser cutting machine:

 

1. Turn off the exhaust fan or dust remover;

 

2. Turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser, return the machine tool to the original point, and then turn off the control system as required. After the control system is turned off, press the power off button, turn off the power of the control system, and turn off the main power switch of the machine;

 

3. Turn off the chiller;

 

4. Turn off the cold dryer and the control valves of each gas path;

 

5. If the air compressor is equipped, turn off the power of the air compressor;

 

6. Turn off the key switch of the fiber laser, and then turn off the power switch. You can also choose not to turn off the key switch and power switch to keep the fiber laser charged, and the next day you can quickly turn it on for use;

 

7. Turn off the voltage stabilizer;

 

8. Finally, turn off the power switch of each branch and the main power switch of the fiber laser cutter.

 

Precautions for use of midway shutdown

 

If there is no cutting task or the rest time exceeds 1 hour during the startup process, it is recommended to turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser, leave the power switch of the fiber laser off, and turn off the chiller. When the product needs to be cut again, turn on the chiller for operation. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature ± 1 ℃, apply high pressure to the fiber laser, and then perform cutting. At the same time, it should be noted that the power switch of the fiber laser cannot be turned off while the chiller is still running.
