Laser cutting has been little known in the domestic sheet metal cutting field from the beginning to the present comprehensive popularization. With the maturity and improvement of laser cutting machine technology in recent years, the future laser cutting equipment will be divided into two development paths. One is to upgrade and replace the existing technology. For example, when the thickness of the sheet metal is getting thicker and thicker, the cost is getting lower and lower; The other way is to study new cutting media and cutting methods. How to improve the efficiency of laser cutter under the background of higher and higher processing efficiency requirements?
1. To further improve the cutting efficiency, develop a high-efficiency and high-precision CNC laser cutter, and improve the cutting speed, not only to improve the quality of the beam and change the cutting process, but also to optimize the structure of the machine bed and components. On the basis of ensuring the stability, reliability and durability of the machine structure, the machine has faster moving speed and acceleration.
2. Develop the flexible processing of laser cutting, improve the multi-dimensional freedom of laser cutter, and make it more suitable for the processing of complex curved surface workpiece. Improve the promotion and application in two-dimensional and three-dimensional aspects, so as to improve flexible machining.
3. Increase the research on the laser cutting technology of large and thick plates, master the technology of far optical path laser transmission, the technology of thick plate cutting, the technology of design and manufacturing of high-power laser light path, and develop large and thick plate laser cutting equipment.
4. To further improve the intelligence of the cutting machine, with the laser control software as the core, the fiber laser is combined with CNC technology, optical technology and high-precision workpiece positioning through the software, and some functional components of the laser cutting machine are combined with other processing methods to develop a more convenient and efficient laser processing method and a more efficient cutting process.
So, for the control system of a laser cutting machine, on the basis of ensuring stability, reliability and safety, efficient cutting efficiency and simple and diverse operation methods are more important. After more than 10 years of high-speed development and growth, the control system and software of the laser cutting machine have gone through several stages from foreign high-end CNC systems such as Siemens, Beifu, PA and Fage to the participation of domestic manufacturers such as Pacho, Weihong, Jiaqiang and aosendico. The loading mode of machining files has changed from the original simple G code to the current intelligent machining. In summary, there are several conventional processing methods:
1. G code import: direct processing is performed by importing g codes written manually or generated by nesting software. This is the most traditional and stable processing method. Foreign systems basically use this method.
2. Drawing / part library processing: you can draw manually on the cutting software or call the part model of the part library. The cutting software automatically converts the graphics into G code for processing. This is the standard configuration of domestic laser cutting software, simple, convenient and practical.
3. Graphics import: the laser cutting software can directly load and import DXF / DWG and other CAD drawings, eliminating the need to use nesting software for intermediate operations on other machines and improving efficiency.
4. Import of engineering documents: laser cutting not only contains G code, but also has corresponding processing technology, which is more suitable for batch product processing of some common products and special processes. Make customer operation easier.
The above are the import methods of the four processing methods. With the continuous expansion of intelligent application scenarios, the control system and software are still constantly updated. In the future, new processing import methods such as code scanning processing and photographing processing will continue to be added. The application of laser cutting processing is more and more popular, and the quality, level and habits of machine operators are different. It is very important to select the appropriate processing mode.
